Whispering Landscape
Let me start by telling you why I called this site the "Whispering Landscape." I've learned from my journey with health that the first and foremost thing we need to do, is to take precious time to listen to our bodies because they will whisper to you. And if you don't concentrate hard enough, either by some form of mediation, or relaxation - it will demand your attention, making it's presence known in ways that you'd wish you taken notice sooner.
As a person who has reached her late 40's, who is dealing with some major health issues, I wished I listen to this exhausted body beforehand and made the changes then. All the tell-tale signs often slapped me across the face, but I was either too busy, too exhausted or I just went along with the norm because it was easier to do so. But I also believe a life can change, if they just have a strong faith and desire for a more fulfilling lifestyle.
After spending a large amount of time throughout my life, helping others cope with their health crisis' (we will hit upon this later on, as it was an important turning point for my life), my own issues came to the surface.

As I look deeper into my life I give gratitude everyday for the experiences that have bought me to this point, because when I look at my overall health problems I know there are others out there trying to cope with more deeper and darker matters than me (first hand personal experience with a loved one).
So...where to begin! If I told you about every aspect of my life it would take months (I've had a wonderful, adventurous life), so I want to keep this site about my health and how I'm dealing with the same, sometimes daunting issues daily. If I can help just one person to feel that there is always light at the end of that suffocating tunnel, then I've succeed in my goal. So let's take this long, and uplifting journey together...
Check out each section of this site for insightful tips, recipes and stories of my family and friends, also I hope to keep a weekly blog, but to make you a promise that it will be weekly could be a lie, as we all know that with our health there will be days, weeks and sometimes months when it's hard to even lift your head off the pillow.
Well thank you for following my life - everyday it brings me new joys!
Blessings your way!
